[Web4lib] concrete examples of Web strategies

Would anyone be willing to share your library's Web strategy documents with
us?

   - content strategy
   - user experience strategy
   - user experience statements
   - design strategy

I'm looking for concrete examples of the deliverables themselves, especially
from public libraries.  There's lots of development process information out
there, but I'm having a hard time finding actual examples from anyone but
for-profits.
