[Web4lib] One missing item in Facebook/Twitter request

I somehow managed to omit one basic item of information I'd like to
have in responses regarding your library's use of Facebook and/or
Twitter:

State, province, or country.

I'm starting to get replies--and usually the state is clear either
from the email address or from the signature. If I get a response and
that isn't clear, I'll ask.
