[Web4lib] Boopsie app for WorldCat Local?

Hi Bill.
I'm not sure why the app isn't working--it's supposed to still work for
anyone who still has it currently installed. But it's no longer being
maintained, as the pilot concluded back in November 2010.

The results from the pilot indicated that mobile web browser access would
support a broader group of people for less cost to the cooperative. So in
November 2010, OCLC started a beta of WorldCat.org and WorldCat Local mobile
access through the mobile browser for iOS and Androids. Simply go to your
WorldCat Local URL and add a /m after it. For example,
http://osu.worldcat.org/m

We're always interested to hear your experience and ideas about how to
improve things. There are more enhancements to the WorldCat Local mobile
experience based on user feedback coming this summer--stay tuned!
