[Web4lib] Bookstacks Call-Number and Range signs

G'day,

I am wondering if anyone can recommend any call number and range design software. Ideally budget/OS neutral is preferred. We've used Quarkexpress in the past and are looking for solutions that don't come with such a steep price and or other recommendations others use.
