[Web4lib] Seeking free form-handler

Hi,

Does anyone know of a simple free form-handler? I've created a short form,
but need a form handler to utilize it. It basically has a number of fill-in
the blank boxes and then a drop down menu (with two destinations) to
determine who will receive the form via email, once the submit button is
pressed.
