It has been a while since I dealt with a project like this, but I think
that you can output the file from Excel; comma separated. Use MARCedit
to convert the resulting file to MARC for upload to the ILS.

Somebody I know wants to catalogue a load of music concert programmes
she has, dating back 30+ years.
I told her to use excel to start with.
Can anyone recommend some kind of software for her to use.
Ultimately we want marc records that could be added to an ILS.
