[Web4lib] sendmail configuration

I had to do that just recently for my OpenBSD/Drupal server.

Check out the sendmail feature "smarthost". I googled this example just for you:
http://www.elandsys.com/resources/sendmail/smarthost.html

And if your apache configuration is chroot'd, you might also want to
look at "mini_sendmail".
