Jennifer,

I am not using it now but did use it when I worked at NYU. It was used as n internal wiki in both the library and central IT department. Just recently NYU started offering it as a wiki service for all students/faculty. https://wikis.nyu.edu/dashboard.action

I thought Confluence was great. It has a great WYSIWIG interface so you don't have to learn any wiki coding. If there any drawbacks to Confluence I would say they are 1. It is a commercial product so it isn't cheap. 2. The user administration is a bit involved.

Anyone out there using Confluence wiki software in their library?
Also, suggestions for libraries using wikis for their special
collections material?
Thanks!
