[Web4lib] openURL service suggestions?

We are considering changing openURLservice  providers.

If you're happy - or at least satisfied - with your library's openURL
service, could you please email me?

If you're having a lot of problems with the service you're using, that
would be useful information as well.

The openURL service we currently get provides both openURL linking and
a periodical list for public use.  I know that some of the other
services do not provide both services for one price, so it would be
useful if you could tell me if the one you are using also gives you a
periodical list in addition to the openURL service.
