[Web4lib] QR code uses

I have just spent the past two days with the Handheld Librarian conference which was very informative.  One of the things I am thinking about is the use of QR codes and how they are used.  My question to the group is how are you using QR codes?  Specifically, do you use them to direct people to your main web site, your mobile web site/mobile app, or something else?

We are in the early stages of planning a mobile web site and am not sure if we want to start with a QR code right now, or wait until we are ready to market the new site and use the QR code to help market it then.
