[Web4lib] Using Google Analytics in Libraries

Hi everyone,

I know Google Analytics is discussed every once in awhile. So for those
interested, I put together a 50-page how to guide for using Google Analytics
for a conference last spring. It's available for download from my webpage:

In addition, most people found the chapter on making sense of metrics in a
library context to be most useful, so I pulled that out as a stand-alone
document.

It's available under the creative commons, so have fun. All I ask is that if
you like it, please pass a link on via blog, twitter or good ol' fashioned
word of mouth. It's still a work in progress, so email me if you have any
comments or suggestions.
