[Web4lib] Room booking software

We are relegated to WebEvent 
<http://www.peoplecube.com/products-other-web-event.htm>, as it's the 
software used by the entire college districtwide. It's terrible, clunky, 
non-intuitive for the end-user, and generally dreadful. There's no hope 
for a new scheduling system in sight...

However, as I look at their website, I realize their product sounds a 
lot cooler than what we use. Maybe there's an implementation issue on 
our end?
