[Web4lib] Windows 7 issues

We set up a Windows 7-64 bit computer lab and have encountered some issues that we have not been able to resolve and was wondering if anyone had some ideas for us.


1.      Roaming profiles do not apply group policy objects (GPOs)after reboot: must change roaming profiles to local profiles then 90% of GPOs will apply.

2.      Proxy server settings are not applying when set up GPOs.

3.      Whenever someone tries to go to any login (e-mail, Facebook, job application sites, school sites) they can navigate to the home page, but the login page always comes up "Page cannot be displayed".  This one is the most puzzling because this was working up until yesterday, then quit in the middle of the afternoon.
