[Web4lib] Favorite Extensions for Chrome?

I realize it's a bit early to be asking this, but I am interested in
opinions about useful extensions for Chrome 4.x (Windows, if that
matters).  This would be for staff computers.

Chrome SEO looks interesting; any other web developer tools would be
appreciated.  I am also trying to figure out which ad blocker is
likely to be most effective (AdBlock, AdThwart, FlashBlock, etc.).
