[Web4lib] Title control key for Unicorn/Symphony links

It appears I've answered my own question. I've discovered that if I use:

http://(host)/uhtbin/cgisirsi.exe/x/0/0/57/5/3?searchdata1=(titlecontrolnumber)&user_id=(user)

with no field specifier at all, it links right to the records I need.

Sorry to have bothered everyone.

Chris

Subject: [Web4lib] Title control key for Unicorn/Symphony links

Our library is in the midst of a migration to SirsiDynix Symphony. I know you can construct permanent links of the form:

http://(host)/uhtbin/cgisirsi.exe/x/0/0/57/5/3?searchdata1=(###){CKEY}&user_id=(user)

where {CKEY} is specifying a search against the catalog key number.

Does anyone know if there is a standard field that can be used to build a link given a title control number? I have a series of existing pages that link based on this value, and for now, it would be easier to global change them using the existing values instead of trying to remap the values and the URL formats.

Thanks.
