[Web4lib] Anyone working with the Flickr API using IIS

Hi all, 
I'm stymied right now & would like any help you may have to offer about use of either PEAR::Flickr or phpFlickr to interact with the Flickr API (from an IIS server). Please email me directly if you have any experience in this area. Thank you,
