[Web4lib] Ektron CMS400.NET

I did hear from two discussion group members and they both detest this CMS.  Both had Ektron adopted by campus IT and imposed on the library and both libraries are now trying to extricate themselves from it.

I'm wondering if there are many academic libraries using the Ektron CMS400.NET ASP CMS?  And if you are, whether that's what your university uses, and if that's the case, whether you have a separate instance of it where you you have access to the code or whether you're limited to simple content editing.  And what's your opinion of this CMS?
