[Web4lib] Reporter's inquiry - upgrading laptops

Hi web4lib community,

     For a piece I'm working on for PCWorld magazine, I'm interested  
in hearing from any librarians who have assisted patrons in installing  
Linux on laptops -- whether it be refurbishing an older laptop with  
Linux or upgrading an existing Linux laptop (such as the Eee PC) to a  
newer version of Linux.
