[Web4lib] TLC ILS...

  Hello,

I'm assisting a neighboring community in assessing a move from Follett 
Winnebago to TLC's Library Solution.  Do you have any experience with 
either of these products?  Have you moved from Follett to TLC?  What 
were your experiences, and what advice would you give a library 
considering this move?
