I proceed for the same. I would be great full if anybody guide me for
the same.

Dear Ramakant,

I suggest the following general steps.

1. Find a source of e-book content that will allow your library to
provide that content to patrons' mobile phones.

The most library-friendly source I know is Overdrive in America. Their
e-books can be loaded into the following types of mobile devices:
Android, Blackberry, iPhone, Windows Mobile.

    * http://www.overdrive.com/software/omc/
    * http://www.overdrive.com/software/playersandreaders.asp
    * http://www.overdrive.com/products/library.asp

2. Go to the source's Web site or call them up and ask how their e-books
are loaded onto the devices. In other words, I think your source of
e-books is most qualified to answer your question.

3. Create a marketing strategy to tell patrons about the service and the
training tools for them to implement your service.
