If you have enough information for a 15-20 minute presentation, then I say a get in as a presenter. If not perhaps a poster session. I had fun doing a poster session in Buenos Aires at the 2004 IFLA that was very well received.

Subject: [Web4lib] Should the Wikimedia Foundation be at IFLA 76

Imagine that you visit the IFLA 76 conference
this August in Gothenburg, Sweden, and the
Wikimedia Foundation had some sort of
presence there. What would you want from them?

A stand? A poster session? A keynote? A workshop?
A book to buy? Posters to decorate your library?
Information about the organization behind
Wikipedia? Somebody to talk to there and then?
A way to get in touch with wikipedians or
spokespeople in your own region?

Would this be useful at all? Should I try
to make this happen? Or better forget it?

Did you meet anybody from Wikimedia/Wikipedia
at any other librarian event? When? Who?
