[Web4lib] need some free design advice

The problem is that, the image is slices, which is what people do when they
don't know how to create overlays with CSS. If you want or think you need
the seal to be there, you can create the effect using CSS and the z space,
without touching the underlying pictures. Read Smashing Magazine's article
on the Z-Index as a starter: http://sn.im/s8u33
Additionally, I agree with Thomas, if you're revising the front page,
consider going wider; using a CSS Framework like Blueprint CSS could help.
Almost anything under 1000px can be set to degrade nicely.
