[Web4lib] User survey to help design library sites

Hello, I'm wondering if any of you have every implemented a user survey to
get feedback on the content and format of library online information. We
would like to redesign our main page, and it would help to get a feel for
what our users like or dislike about the current version. If your library
has ever designed a survey & compiled the results, would you be willing to
share some insight?
