I do not know of too many libraries sitting around with excess employees
available, do you?
Very few web 2.0 tools replace the services and resources libraries provide
now. They usually supplement and thus reach new people. Implementing them
does cost time and money, so organizations must decide what is the benefits
and return on investment. It would be different for every organization.
Web 2.0 tools may save money. You cannot just say they will.
