[Web4lib] digital versions of print sub

[Lin Light]

We have a number of journals that offer digital versions right along with their 
print counterpart. But I'm trying to figure a way to access them so the public 
not dealing with passwords and log-ins. This all in the confines of our reading 
room.
Any ideas from those already providing in-house access.
