Hi Louise,

I know two companies that offer more-or-less OOTB Drupal solutions for
libraries:

- The Cherry Hill Company (where I work); and
- CraftySpace

There are probably others, but both Cherry Hill and CraftySpace are
active in the Drupal community, and dedicate resources specifically to
libraries.
