[Web4lib] need some free design advice

Many, many thanks to all, and especially to Alex for suggesting the
jQuery slideshow routine. Here's where I'm at:

The white gap under the slideshow seems to have something to do with
the "what's new" and "events calendar" boxes, and I'll poke at that
some more tomorrow. Right now I'm pretty happy. This is a 1000%
improvement over what the site looked like a month ago.
