[Web4lib] Virtual Reference Librarian

We don't have such a position yet but there's talk of having a Virtual 
Service Manager who will not necessarily be an MLS.  I am hoping to fill 
this position myself and I'm the IT guy, not an MLS.

I recently saw a position posting from the Austin City, TX, library. They 
are looking to fill a Virtual Library Administrator position, and you can 
see the job posting here

This position is pretty similar to what I'm trying to develop as a job 
description here, with the exception of the MLS degree - I see the VLA as a 
coordinator who works with others to get all the right skill sets directed 
at the right project at the right time.
