[Web4lib] digital signage software with RSS feed

Our library has a Wordpress blog (http://campus.albion.edu/library/) and we
use some Javascript to generate a rolling ticker on our home page. The
Javascript came from Dynamic Drive (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/).
