[Web4lib] AdRotator ideas and or examples

Hi Lee,

At UNLV Libraries (http://library.unlv.edu) we're using jQuery Cycle,  
which can be found at: http://www.malsup.com/jquery/cycle/.

It allows you to create simple HTML and "cycle" through those pieces  
of HTML with a simple line of JavaScript. It's a little bloated, but  
it's easy to use and has a ton of examples showing off a variety of  
options.
