Hi All,

Thanks for all the great thoughts!

We are implementing LibGuidegs right now, and I have been struggling
with how to handle these very issues. This is a great help.

I wonder, however, if there is an opportunity here we may be missing.

It sound to me like we are struggling with the some of the same
challeges regarding database link management and integration with
LibGuides.

Yet, as is sadly typical in the library community, we are all (by
necessity, as I see it) "homebaking" our own solutions and hacks.

What if there were a common set of suggestions or feature requests
that we could make to the LibGuides folks that would help both us and
them tackle these problems with a minimum of duplicated effort?

I can't say I know what those are, but anyone have any thoughts, initial ideas?

-Jon
