[Web4lib] Public Internet splash page suggestions

I only got a handful of responses, but they all recommended PC Reservation from EnvisionWare (http://www.envisionware.com/en/pc_reservation). This is a computer sign-up managing system. I also know of Pharos (http://www.pharos.com/Public_Library/Computer_Reservation.html) and Smart Access Manager from Comprise (http://www.comprisetechnologies.com/index.html).
 
The responders said the splash/click-through screen is part of the EnvisionWare software package. I know SAM also has that capability, and I would imagine Pharos does as well. I was looking more for the wording on that screen as my library isn't purchasing a management system. We're small enough that our IT guy is going to design an opening screen, and there will be logins but just something basic like USER1 and no time management or reservation software. We're still doing things the old-fashioned way, with paper sign-ups, but we want to make sure our users have a chance to read the Internet and computer policies before starting their sessions. But thanks for the responses, and I hope this helps those other libraries that asked me to pass on the information I got.

Are there any libraries out there that use something like a splash page
or initial screen that patrons have to click through before they can use
the Internet? Do they have to read and possibly sign a usage agreement?
