[Web4lib] Copying text from Word to Emacs/vi

Thanks to everyone who responded to this.

I ended up downloading htmlnotepad - <http://www.htmlnotepad.net/>.

I copy from Word to htmlnotepad. Then from there to Emacs.

Seems to do the trick. This is going to save me a LOT of time.
