I have no experience to offer BUT I was just reading about VSmart/VUBIS,
a web-based ILS (http://www.vubis-smart.com/html/ensolutions.htm). It
may be worth your while to look at that (I can't say whether it would be
a viable option).

I am investigating on behalf of a client in the financial sector the
options
for out-hosting their library management system (currently ALEPH) along
with
other systems, e.g. ERM, Federated search tool etc.  

 

I would be very grateful to hear from anyone on the list who has any
experience of any aspect of out-hosting library systems.
