[Web4lib] ADMIN: How to post to multiple lists

I just manually approved a post that was posted to multiple lists, which I
almost never do (having a day job), so I thought a few words on how to do
this well would be a good idea.

Some list software (such as Mailman that Web4Lib uses) will trap posts that
are mailed to too many addresses or that has been sent to the list as a
blind carbon copy (bcc). So just mail your message to each list separately.
You may think this will take a lot of time, but when all you are doing is
pasting the text into the body of the message and adding a "To:" and
"Subject:" it doesn't take very long at all. Also, it is best to always send
the message in plain text with no attachments, since some lists will trap on
attachments as well. Just use unadorned URLs in the message to point to a
file that you may have normally attached. Thanks,
Roy
