[Web4lib] Linking to e-books packages

We're experimenting with Serials Solutions' eBooks service. It's not
awesome--just a title search with no subject access, as far as we can
tell, but it does let you pull out all the ebooks from your various
collections (for better or worse*)--and then you can advertise one
"ebooks" link (probably in addition to to all of the various providers
separately).

*Some of what EBSCO codes as "an ebook" is actually just a chapter or,
worse, a single table. It's a little misleading, so we may turn that
off, if we go forward with this product.
