[Web4lib] (cross post) Libraries using IM with their Facebook page

Our system has a Facebook page (http://bit.ly/tcclsonfb) & is wondering if
any libraries are currently using an instant messaging app, Meebo or
otherwise, on their institution's FB page?  We currently use Meebo for IM
reference (http://bit.ly/askusIM) on our webpage & would like to hear
whether anyone knows of any libraries using IM with their FB page or, if
they have implemented it themselves, their experiences, etc.  Thanks.
