Hi,
You might be interested in Kete (http://kete.net.nz). I'm project
lead for its software development at Katipo. One of our clients has
used Kete to do document management related to a steering committee's
minutes and discussion papers, etc.
Katipo also uses Kete as an intranet/extranet.
Kete is free and open source software.
Cheers,
Walter McGinnis
