Don,
Do you know about Library Elf? http://www.libraryelf.com/
Elf is a free web-based and email tool for library users to keep track
of their library borrowings. It makes it easier to keep track of what's
due, overdue or ready for pickup from one or more library accounts.
Users have the option to consolidate their library accounts into one
account if they wish. This account is checked everyday and email notices
are sent when items are coming due, overdue or when holds are ready for
pickup. As well, get up-to-date realtime information by browser.
Cheers,
Renata Dyer

For our library users interested in tracking their own library
transactions, reference enquirires, interlibrary loan enquiries,
reserves, et al what websites are there particularly useful for library
users interested in tracking their own library transactions?...
especially any that don't need to be downloaded onto the computer the
library users might be using.
Our cities' public libraries can lose, fail to followup on library users
transactions, reference enquiries, interlibrary loan enquiries,
reserves, et al or library users might want to review an archive of
their enquiries.
