[Web4lib] Google Chrome - Observations

I just now have seen ALL of the small print at the bottom of the page. Most of
the small print font color was the same as my default background in Firefox.
For some reason I just decided to use my mouse and highlite the text at the
bottom and like magic, more text appeared.
