[Web4lib] Web Site Redesign RFP

If anyone has done a web site redesign in the past year where you worked 
with an outside consultant or agency to complete that work, I would like 
to see your RFP or similar document that you used to solicit bids. I'm 
in the process of drafting that document and I want to make sure that I 
covered all of the bases. If you left something out that you wished you 
had added, let me know that too.
