Hi Doug,
At the risk of sending you into a catatonic state from information overload,
take a look at http://www.wikimatrix.org/ and http://www.cmsmatrix.org/.
These are two of the best sites around to compare the functionalities of the
hundreds of WIKIs, CMSs and hybrids around. Even better,
http://www.opensourcecms.com/index.php has many of the opensource tools
setup that you can login to and try out.
