[Web4lib] IE 7.0 -- trouble with links

Hello everyone,

Some users of IE 7.0 have reported that some of the links on the navigation bar of this page are not activated (the ones below "Programs & Events"):

http://www.thousandoaksreads.org/getinvolved.htm 

The links work fine in IE 6.0 and Firefox 5.0

Any idea what could be going wrong? (the site is for the library's One City, One Book program).
