[Web4lib] Safari Web browser quark

I'm on Safari 3.0 & Mac OS X Leopard.  I can see the site just fine.

That error is usually an indication of network troubles, and not  
necessarily that of the browser.  Can you ask your client to try the  
site on another browser on their computer?
