[Web4lib] Patron Authentication

Our on-staff developer wrote something like that, which grabs patron 
login information from our Koha installation's MySQL database and stores 
it in a PostgreSQL database, which the kiosk management system he wrote, 
LibKi, then uses for patron authentication on our public Internet 
computers.  There's more info here:
