When I worked at the Seminary they used RSS Feed Creator:
http://www.jitbit.com/rss-feed-creator.aspx it's not free, but it does
allow for what you want. You can see some examples here:

Other ones that I haven't used are:
http://www.extralabs.net/feed-editor.htm
http://www.rapidfeeds.com/
http://www.feedforall.com/
Hope one of these helps you out.
I also recommend looking into Yahoo! Pipes to merge your feeds
together - it's pretty nifty - http://pipes.yahoo.com - here's what
