Yes, we contacted Google to set that up a few years ago. Here is our search page: http://www.calstatela.edu/library/lib-search.htm

Here are codes we got from Google:
             <td>
      <form method="GET" action="http://www.google.com/univ/calstatela">
      <input TYPE="text" name="q" size="31" maxlength="255" value="">
      <input type=submit name=sa value="Search This Site">
              <br>
      <input type="hidden" name="hq" value="inurl:www.calstatela.edu/library/">
            </td>

Or you can copy them from view source.

Can you just do "search term site:mysite.edu/subdir/subsubdir" in the Goog?

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&hs=3ta&q=ponies+site%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fmsoe.edu%2Flife_at_msoe%2Fcurrent_student_resources%2Facademic_resources%2Flibrary%2F&btnG=Search
