[Web4lib] Searching within a site

Like John suggested, Google would probably be the easiest and most
reliable route for your site. Since you have mod jk in your response
headers, you might be able to integrate something like Apache Lucene
(which is Java-based), but for you purposes that may be overkill. There
are probably other locally hosted server side solutions you could try.
You also have PHP and PERL on your server, so you have options as to
what language the solution could be written in.
