Both the PA service and the CA service are actually part of the
QuestionPoint 24/7 Reference Cooperative managed by OCLC.
One of the problems in marketing this network of over 1500 libraries is
that we have retained a variety of local brands like QandA NJ or
AskHerePA [here in IL it's AskAwayIllinois].
I maintain that the service would be better marketed if we could agree
on one name and append the name of the State for the local cooperatives.
Tough to market a service when it has a different name in each state!
