[Web4lib] Z39.50 Access to LIBIS-Net

Dear Esteem'd Colleagues,
 
The settings:
 
host: cc2.kuleuven.ac.be, port: 3000, database: xxdefault

seem not to work for z39.50 access to LIBIS-Net.  Would anyone know the current settings?
